These sessions involve mindful yoga practice - Asanas ( postures ) and pranayams and kriyas (breathing exercises) and meditation sessions. Emphasis is given on breath awareness and spirit of introspection throughout the class which has a meditative and calming effect on the mind along with the physical benefits like strength , flexibility, balance, focus, weight management etc
Sessions are conducted in small personalised groups which ensures optimum attention on each student and also enhances receptivity by the student.
Morning sessions are active yet mindful. Best way to start your day in a positive, happy and energetic mode.
